Personal note: The Big Game has long been a marketing phenomenon! I’m so fascinated by what that means in 2025.
While I was on the ground in New Orleans, I was surrounded by branded experiences and creators like me capturing content.
The game itself was slated to draw 120M viewers - more than 1/3 of the US population - commanding $8M for a 30-second ad! (Up from $7M in 2024, and $37k in 1965!)
Overall, influencer marketing spend in 2025 is projected to be over $9B according to Emarketer, and many brands partnered with creators like me to amplify their presence around the Big Game - for a fraction of the cost of an in-game ad.
I was so proud to be part of this campaign, not only because it solidifies the importance of brand in B2B (which the LinkedIn marketing team understands SO well!) but also because it proves how big the opportunity is for all brands to engage creators in this new era of Big Game marketing.
